Account & Registration

To register, you'll need: an active email address or mobile number, a strong password, your full name, and date of birth. You may be asked to provide your NID or passport details later for account verification. For more information, registration page find out more.

No. Each individual is allowed only one account at k9u. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions against. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Email and mobile verification can be completed during registration. For KYC, you'll need to submit a photo of your national ID and a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Your email, mobile number, and password can all be changed from Account Settings. For name or date of birth changes, you'll need to contact our support team and may be required to submit supporting documents.

Login & Password

On the login page, Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email or mobile number and a reset link or OTP will be sent to you. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes.

k9u accepts all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers and select cryptocurrency options are also available. The minimum deposit is just ৳200.

Mobile banking withdrawals (Mobile Pay, Nagad) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. KYC verification is required for your first withdrawal.

k9u does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Pay or your bank) may apply their own charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits are usually credited within 5 minutes. If yours hasn't appeared, please contact us with your payment reference number and Help Center Contact us and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

Your daily withdrawal limit depends on your account's verification level. Standard accounts can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day, while fully verified accounts can withdraw up to ৳2,00,000 per day.

A wagering requirement means how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example, a 5x requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you need to place ৳500 in bets. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met.
